Nebraska caregiers are required to meet their senior home care agency's competency requirements. A couple of the largest senior care franchise companies are headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska and are members of the Home Care Association of America.  This national association created an outline for caregiver training which was passed into law in certain states, such as Illinois.
