Vision screening required.

Vision Tests

20/40 in better eye, with or without corrective lenses; 20/50 in better eye results in restricted license for daylight only; 20/70 in better eye results in restricted license for daylight only up to 35 min./h. Bioptic lenses are NOT permitted to meet acuity requirement.

Special Requirements

At age 70, renewal cycle is 2 years.

Accelerated Renewal

2 years for drivers age 70.
