Assisted Living Communities

Assisted Living Communities offer seniors the opportunity to enjoy activities while maintaining the security of knowing more care assistance will be available, should the need arise.

Choosing the right Assisted Living or Continuing Care Retirement Community is complicated.

Caregiverlist’s senior Care Concierge can help – we have more than 15 years of experience in senior care and the Assisted Living Communities turn to us as their senior care real estate agents (they pay the fee – this is FREE to you).

We can provide you with the costs and services and whispers in the hallways. We make the process easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Costs: Seniors should have at least $3,000 per month, with Assisted Living usually costing from $2,500 to $5,000 per month.

Average monthly private pay fee in the Chicago market: $4,507
(Fees are higher when special services and dementia care are required.)

We also provide you with the costs and services of nursing homes nearby, through Caregiverlist’s Nursing Home Ratings, as nursing homes have become an extension of hospital stays for seniors on Medicare. And we provide a comparison tool for hospitals to prepare you for all care needs in your new home.
