The Basics: Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease If you or someone you know is affected by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, it’s time to learn the facts. This program provides information on detection, causes and risk factors, stages of the disease, treatment and much more.
Know the 10 Signs: Early Detection Matters (in English and Spanish) The warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease are often dismissed as side effects of normal aging. Early detection gives people experiencing memory loss or behavioral changes the chance to begin drug therapy, enroll in clinical studies and plan for the future. This course separates myth from reality and addresses commonly held fears about Alzheimer’s in America. Hear from people who have the disease and find out how to recognize the signs in yourself and others.

Caregiverlist's Caregiver Certification provides an approved testing format for caregivers in a 10-hour online training course, meeting the training standards created for licensed senior care agencies in the state of Illinois which senior care professionals participated in creating.  Individual caregivers may purchase the caregiver training course to be certified to provide quality senior care.
