Senior Driver's License Laws

Senior driving laws vary in each state, with some states requiring in-person driving tests after a certain age. Other states may not require separate testing mandates for seniors, as many times anti-age discrimination laws prevent this, but instead they may offer special programs to assist when any individual may exhibit unsafe driving behavior.
