Registration for this course MUST be done in person. Prior to registration students must pick up a registration packet at the Workforce and Continuing Education Division Office in the Student Services Center, Bldg. S, Room S022. Students must have had three doses of Hepatitis B vaccine prior to registering for this class and completed Basic Cardiac Life Support, BCLS, for Health Care Providers; Nurse Aide Registry verification; and a criminal background check.
