1. No Purchase or Referral necessary to enter.  To enter the monthly drawing via mail please send a postcard with your contact information on it to: Caregiverlist.com Monthly Drawing, 345 N. Canal Street, Suite 202, Chicago, IL 60606.
2. Odds of winning depend on actual number of entries per month.
3. Winner shall be determined by a random drawing and shall receive the $75 gift card following notification and verification of contact information.
4. One Monthly Winner. Only e-mails entries and mail-in entries received during a calendar month for the drawing will qualify to participate in this promotion. Winning any monthly drawing disqualifies the winner from all successive drawings on Caregiverlist.com.
