Alice Marek is my fathers cousin, and the last living elderly member in my family. She is so self-sufficient and does not need a full time caregiver. I am a relative. I have been cooking meals for her and delivering them, helping her with shopping, bathing her and washing her hair. I go to the drug store to pick up her medication. In return, I am a cousin and caregiver on call.
