As a caregiver to Acute, Geriatric, and Palliative care patients, I am able to give the highest quality of compassionate, patience, and understanding care to clients with various physical and mental disorders. When my mother passed away in 1987 due to the Aids virus I was devastated, hurt, and filled with so much sorrow. Caring for her was a very difficult task because she was in so much pain and agony. It taught me the gift of loving, tolerance, and patience we must have with people in every walk of life. I had to bathe, feed, and walk her daily. But for the most part, I listened to her needs.
