My mom was diagnosed with liver cancer 1997. It took a toll on the family--especially me because I quit my job to take care of her. She received the best of care. We went shopping, took road trips. We did everything together. Then she started getting worse from 2001-2006. I still made sure that she was happy until her last day, 11-05-06.
