I took care of my grandpa for a while till he passed away. He needed around the clock assistance. I also stayed with my father till he passed away with cancer. The most recent was a woman that had been in the hospital for four months and 6 surgeries.
I was a companion to her while she was hospitalized and I stayed with her 24/7 after she went back home. If I had not been available she would have had to of gone to a rehab center. The doctor released into my care. I was responsible for assisting her with her daily activities, doctor appointments, flushing her IV and starting it back and assisting with her medicine. I enjoyed sitting and assisting her until she was able to stay alone.
