I Was a caregiver for my mom for 14 years. She had a stroke at 57 years old. I cared for her until she was 72, when she passed. I bathed her, fed her, and took her to her appointments. I put the feeding machine on her until it was no longer needed. I carried her on a hoist and gave her her meds. I cleaned her catheter. Her right side was totally paralyzed and I took care of all her needs.
