Sara decided to become a caregiver to make a difference in the lives of elderly population she has been serving. It brings her great hot to know that something she does could add just a little bit more longevity to these elderly clients' lives she serves day in and out, along with putting smiles on their faces.
We all know that caregiving is stressful and Sara's way to relieve stress is through deep breathing exercises. Sitting or laying down for just 10 mins to recharge is a great stress reliever for her. She also listens to worship music and taking it all in helps her to distress as well.
